Hi, I have the same question. I followed your article on unlocking E367 by installing Dc Client + copying dc crap to desktop and running it. It keeps saying card unlocked when “unlock” button is clicked but doesn’t really unlock it. When I click on magnifying glass button again, it shows card locked with (0 attempt 10 left) message.
I came across Huawei Unlocker from one of your replies about reseting counter. That software looks promising. But, to my disappointment, when I selected unlock modem and click service button, it showed a unlock success message but the modem remains locked in reality. “READ MDM Data” continues to show locked to: 234-20. Number of attempts left is 9 now.
